“lf I could give ten stars I would. Telephoned shop at 9 am phone engaged but Jeremy phoned me back without me leaving a message. Very polite very helpful. Explained that we had an elderly relative over 100 years old who was advised by a national spectacle company he needed a new TV as his remote did not work and his hearing aids did not work. Jeremy offered to go out that afternoon and have a look. He promised to phone me in the afternoon to report findings. He did just that fixed the remote all done in a day.
