“We have just had our new kitchen designed and installed by the Kitchen Company and are delighted with how it has turned out. Our thanks go to Andy and his staff for their patience and sound advice at the design stage, and for managing the project. It was more than a straightforward kitchen replacement, and involved removing an internal wall, plastering the ceiling and walls. We chose units from the Kensington range in mussel, with Axiom Padua oak worktops and upstands, finished off with Karndean flooring. Attached are some photos of before and after. The whole job took a little over two weeks and our thanks go to the individuals who skilfully transformed our kitchen/dining room. Ricky who dismantled the old kitchen and took down the wall. James who did all the plastering work. Sean who replaced and repositioned the radiators. Ross who laid the Karndean floor. David McGuiness who spent most time with us, carefully fitting the new kitchen. Finally a word of thanks to our own electrician Jason Daniel of Circuit Works who fitted the ceiling lights and wired up the new appliances and sockets etc. Everyone did an excellent job, but importantly they were also nice people to have in the house during the installation.”

“Genuinely one of the nicest hot chocolates I have ever had. I travel a lot for work and it’s always nice to stop off to grab a bite or a hot drink so I have certainly found a good spot here. Staff were an absolute credit to the brand with excellent service, it’s so refreshing to see some staff not being scripted or robotic nowadays, they showed plenty of humour and personality. “I have been using Shaws for a number of years following a recommendation from a friend( Builder). I have always been delighted by their attention to details and Can Do attitude to ensuring that the product is exactly right. A number of weeks ago I incorrectly ordered some door furniture and did not realise it was not suitable until just before fitting. We quickly ordered the desired replacements items which Shaws got in stock very efficiently. “After reading other posts I called to see if they could match my race bike colours, after I got a poor service at Halfords, i found all the staff at RRL couldn't of been more helpful and polite, they matched the colours almost exact, helped me save money mixing a finished gloss paint that doesn't require lacquer, all round a good place to get your spray paint finishes, I won't use any one else in the future.”

“My front upvc door mechanism failed. I know nothing about this sort of thing and after being let down by two locksmiths and another quoting me over £300 i thought i'd have a go myself. So i dismantled it all (8 screws), found this store online and visited them taking all the bits with me. They replaced the broken part for me and within 30 mins my front door was working perfectly again. Amazing service and I totally reccomend them and will use them again. Very happy. :)”

“Maggie and Chris make a great team. I bought a Tesla which was perfect except for a 12mm (gash/graze) in the steering wheel exactly where my hand held the wheel while driving so needed to be repaired. After talking to Maggie she was confident this could be repaired at Interior Revival and so it proved and at a reasonable cost. Well worth the 228 mile round trip from my home. I would highly recommend this company if you need a steering wheel trim repaired.”

“A Christmas Carol! Wonderful magical production that stuck close to the story and was one of the most entertaining events we have ever seen on a stage Brilliantly acted with a local twist (Sheffield carols excellent but thought the ghost of Christmas past was slightly weird - the ghost of Christmas present was amazing!) The set and sound and lighting effects were amazing. Our only criticism was of tiny Tim - he should have been made up to look sickly, used a wooden crutch and coughed at the table (he would probably have had TB in Dickensian times). It would be unfair to single out players for individual praise - what a wonderful start to Christmas!”

“Lovely micropub with plenty of cask,draft,can and bottled beers to choose from. Sit back and relax outside on the platform and watch the trains and people rush by. Excellent. Friendly staff and good prices. Good range of Bar snacks available. Excellently and sympathetically restored interior of the old station buffet, which before these guys was relegated to a dilapidated store room after the buffet was shut by British Rail in the early 1990's or there abouts. Will certainly be back. *hopefully those screens on the bar are taken down soon as you have to go to the side of them anyway to get the beer or speak properly to the bartender :)”
