“Such a lovely experience from booking my emergency appointment this morning to receiving the treatment . Lovely friendly receptionist who went out of her way to get me seen today and then called me 45 mins before my appointment to tell me they where running late and arrive 15 minutes later so I wasn’t waiting around. I Was then greeted by the most friendliest and thorough dentist who talked me through my treatment. I’ve never felt so relaxed and at ease in a dentist chair for a very long time, I’m fact since I was a child, she was so kind and caring with a very calming nature. People are very quick to judge bad experiences and not give credit where due. Thankyou.”

Even before our records transferred over we both needed the doctors for different reasons. We both got an appointment the same day, and the doctor was brilliant. We also got hospital appointments within the next two weeks with further treatment that helped to sort out our problems. The staff were great and since then they have helped us with our transition period and we have no complaints at all.
