Suzanne took my mother to the self service trolley tills , scanned her shop, packed her bags, wheeled the trolley to her car , loaded the car , returned the trolley and gave her back the trolley token ! “Wow! Not enough stars to rate this restaurant. To say they blew us away with customer service is an understatement. 3 of us booked in for breakfast & we mentioned it was a pre wedding breakfast for the Groom, Grooms father & Best man. We arrived to find the table set up specially for us with a boxed flower arrangement & card written to the groom from all the staff. It was a tear jerker. Irrespective of the fact only 3 of us had booked to attend, the management had taken the decision to go the extra mile knowing we couldn’t possibly eat or drink enough to pay for the flowers or maybe they’d just break even. We talked about how amazingly kind they’d been all day. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. I nearly forgot to tell you just how great the food was too! The best breakfast I’ve had for a few years also. They have freshly squeezed orange juice which was a treat you don’t often find. Super sausages & black pudding! The groom is vegan & Rondo caters as part of their standard offer a full vegan menu choice. Quite genuinely, it’s brilliant with awesome staff! Thank you all.”

“Bought Roof Bars and Load Stop for my Ford Tourneo Connect. Looked at a few makes and models some hugely expensive some very cheap n cheerful and DST Automotive Version. Seriously Top Notch Quality, went together faultlessly fitted perfect and looks the Biz. Just the Bars on there own pretty silent at 70mph. I’ve loaded a Canoe on top using the load stops absolutely secure and highly recommend the load stops for Canoe and Kayaks. Overall pleased with the purchase. ps obviously not tied down yet.”

“My business has been using despatch bay now for a couple of months sending roughly 35 parcels each month. Really happy with their level of service. The driver who collects on my round is a really friendly bloke who always helps carry the parcels out. They turn up within the same hour every day wich is a massive bonus if I need to pop out, I know I wont have missed the collection. The customer service has always been great if ive needed to call up. Its not a free phone however I have only had to call once or twice. There has been a couple of late deliveries but this is to be expected in bussiness and has always been resolved promptly. Will continue to use these as my main courier.”
