You double checked on my unusual order, and made my son feel welcome in the store. Feedback for Dunkin (UK) - allow your staff to accept cash tips, it works in the US and Clarice is a fine example of that. Also loose the ordering screens, not necessary.”

“We've been twice in last couple of years. We first went in 2023 - it was great! It's had a makeover since. We went for a friend's birthday party a couple of weeks ago. It's amazing! The kids love it, so many different activities to do whilst bouncing. So much fun for all ages. My 3 year old, 7 year old and I loved it! The food is great too!”

“Myself, husband and doggie (Colin) popped into the cafe this morning for a bacon butty before our walk around the lovely country park. What can we say other than the bacon butties were amazing. Proper soft thick sliced bread (no bread cakes) with gorgeous well cooked bacon. Excellent service and the waitress that came out to us was a dream. Keep up the good work, we will be back xx”

“Me and my partner stayed here for 2 nights while we visited family as we have come from the Lake District and we could not have asked for a better experience! The receptionist was very smiley and welcomed us with nothing but a positive attitude! On the second night we had a little issue with the key card but a new receptionist was very helpful and sorted the issue within no time. We were absolutely delighted with the room, very clean! We will definitely be coming by again.”

“The best atmosphere of any cat cafe I have visited; rules ensure that the cats are treated well but also does not restrict the experience of visitors. The staff were extremely friendly and allowed us to feed the cats with provided food/ treats. Good coffee too - vegan options for cakes but I did not get the chance to try these.”

“A wonderful local cafe with vegan and veggie options. Even have gluten free available. You can even do takeout whixh it a godsend if like me you never get free time! Even has a little handmade shop section where you can buy some locally made gifts and a book shop/swap system! Very cool!”

“A great find, only a small menu, but don't let this put you off. The food is excellent. Freshly cooked and really tasty. Good coffee, too. I had a cappuccino and don't normally have chocolate on top, but this chocolate actually tasted like real chocolate. The staff are friendly and there is a really nice atmosphere too. Will definitely be back to try the other items on the menu.”

“We host makers markets (Endless Love Creative) at The Workstation, Sheffield. The Space is great, accessible and the team are super friendly, including dog friendly, which means our visitors can enjoy a full day out browsing. There's two floors with lots of space, a great hiring experience.”

“A great little cafe with warm friendly staff that serves yummy food and good coffee. Me an my daughter had Bakewell slice it was that tasty only left a few crumbs for you to view on photo. They even let dogs in.”

“As a regular customer at Costa Coffee I find that Costa Coffee is consistent with their shops wherever the location, vast selection of coffees and other hot and cold drinks, hot and cold food selection, plenty of indoor seating, toilets inside the store.”

“This Starbucks never disappoints. The store is always spotless and inviting, and the staff greet you with genuine friendliness every time. They work fast even when it’s crowded, and my drinks always come out tasting great. You can really feel the positive energy from the team, which makes each visit enjoyable. Easily one of my favourite Starbucks locations — highly recommend.”

“We wanted to write a review to thank Marie in the kitchen department for being very helpful and professional with us during our appointments. Nothing was to much trouble and explained everything to a very high standard. She went the extra mile from coffees, ensuring parking reg confirmed to adding our dogs into the illustrations and also checked regularly if we were comfortable. On multiple times we changed our ideas and requirements and Marie happily supported us and changed everything with no trouble at all. We have decided not to purchase from B and Q this time (product related) but just wanted to give feedback on the excellent customer service we received in store from Marie, Compared to other places we visited.”
