“The staff at the Cortonwood store are knowledgeable and more than happy to help with queries. It is a decent sized store with plenty of choice. If I am unable to get exactly what I am looking for, there is usually an alternative product available. The store is nice and clean, when a pup has an accident, it is cleaned up quickly without any fuss”

“The store is offering a big variety of pet food, accessories and pet beds and cages. There's a big variety of pet treats as well. Also in store is veterinary practice Vets4Pets, which is very handy. The staff is always very polite and welcoming. They always remind me to check if there are offers or vouchers to use as I am a Pet club member.”

“As always for the range stores. Absolutely something for everyone of any age. The craft section is what I specifically went in for but couldn’t help having a wander around. Loads of craft items, I found everything I was looking for (and more)! All well organised and easy to find. Staff were helpful and efficient when needed. Store was kept in a generally clean and tidy state. Would definitely recommend and no doubt we will be visiting the store again!”
