She was absolutely amazing – friendly, fun, and incredibly knowledgeable. We were looking for flea treatments, and Susan pointed out that the one we usually buy wasn’t actually the most effective. She took the time to explain the differences and recommended a better option that actually saved us money too! “This place is amazing. Took my 4 year old daughter here after nursery promised her that an animal handling experience was going to bring a tarantula for her to see/hold and unsurprisingly did not. She was so disappointed to have not seen them as she is obsessed with spiders so a friend recommended a trip here. We've now been a few times to look at the tarantulas in stock. The staff are so friendly, so welcoming and so knowledgeable. We've loved learning more about tarantulas, and it's helping us understand what we might need to one day have one at home. Can't recommend the place enough, so glad we found them and my daughter would be there every day if she could.”
