“Terry of THS Plumbing & Heating has just renewed my confidence in human nature. Called to look at my leaking shower area, he uncovered hidden short cuts left by the initial installers. He explained what was required showing photos of problem areas. Talked through my options saying if he would not install it at home he would not install it for me. This gentleman then with stripped and replaced a shower for my needs including replacing floor and wall panels as needed. Always polite, patient, tidy and a pleasure to employ.”

He explained everything very clearly and altered his schedule so that he could fit it within a couple of days. “Reached out to Gavin for help fitting a washing machine. He came round within a few days of the initial message and got it up and running for us. Also replaced a couple of broken parts (second hand machine) after noticing them during installation for a very minimal extra cost. Very affordable and great service. “Excellent service from start to finish. Contacted Jane in the first instance, sent pictures with a description of the work we wanted doing and got an instant quote. After accepting the quote we were told the work could be done the following day. Luke, Sam and Matthew turned up promptly this morning. All very pleasant, took their shoes off outside and very friendly and professional. Unfortunately for the lads it was a bit more of a problem than expected but like true professionals they got in with the job and sorted it. Left the area clean and tidy when they had finished. They come out fix your issues and give you reasonable payment terms which is great in an emergency. The work men are skilled courteous and freindly I only use Tim Vice for my electrical plumbing and house requirements. I have used them for 3 years in a newly purchased house so have had plenty of opportunities to work with them getting house up to scratch and can whole heartly recommend them ad a professional and continuous supplier. I wish more companies gave this level of satisfaction and assurance ps certifications provided with every job emailed with their invoices. “Matt was very professional whilst dealing with the customer in front of me but maintained an overview of the shop to ensure I wasn’t waiting too long and apologised whilst he summoned another staff member. He was friendly and approachable. I was served by another staff member (didn’t get his name, sorry) who was equally as friendly and helpful. I observed a number of other customers come into the store and found a few quite abrupt/rude with the staff - good to see lots of patience from behind the counter.
