“Absolutely fabulous service, quality sofas and chairs. Visited twice during the weekend. Once to see what was suitable & available, second to purchase as we found the whole experience great and the item wanted just right. Gemma served us both times and was so thoughtful, knowledgeable and patient. She did not pressure sell which is a big thing. We bought a La_z_boy motorised head and tilt loveseat which serves my needs completely. I am disabled and needed to buy the 'right' chair as I sit in it a lot every day. The price was good and even the extra for the head tilt and lumber mechanism was reasonable. I also purchased the insurance as it covers let damage as well as the usual things. The time it will take for my chair to be made and diverted is acceptable. I am really looking forward to it's arrival. Gemma made a positive impressin on us lovely. I would highly recommend KC Sofas Chesterfield to everyone wanting quality service, sofas, and/or chairs at the reasonable price. DELIVERY My new live seat was delivered this morning by Sam and Kami, who gave a pre arrival phone call which was much appreciated. Both of these men were polite, considerate, were careful bringing the seat in, and professional. I do hope when I next order from KC Sofas I have both these men delivering my goods. In conclusion, the whole experience from the very start to the very end has been a positive one. “We’ve just had fitted wardrobes installed by Nankivells, and the whole process was brilliant! They were great to work with, really flexible, and happy to refine our designs as we made a few changes along the way. We visited the showroom, which gave us more ideas, and they were happy to incorporate everything we wanted. They booked us in for a date that worked for us, and on the day the team were super friendly, efficient, and tidy! Everything was done on time, with no hassle at all. We absolutely love the end result, and we’ll definitely be getting them back for more work in the future – highly recommended!”

“Excellent service from start to finish. Darrell was amazing with the design of our main bathroom but then blew us away with the en suite - the finished result of both bathrooms is stunning. Our fitter Mark - and his wife Vicky - were exceptional. The quality and standard were above expectations . They are the reason we went for the en suite so soon as we didn’t want anyone else to do the job given the high standard. I’m sure other fitters offer a great service but we didn’t want anyone else! “This is a very busy but great pharmacy. The pharmacists are lovely, friendly and helpful. The assistants (apart from one - who unfortunately is always brusque and a tad rude/unhelpful) are also approachable, helpful and patient. They always make an effort to get prescriptions completed quickly. The pharmacist often telephones to see how i’m getting along approx a week or so later, if I’ve been prescribed a new medication.”

After accepting the quote we were told the work could be done the following day. Luke, Sam and Matthew turned up promptly this morning. All very pleasant, took their shoes off outside and very friendly and professional. Unfortunately for the lads it was a bit more of a problem than expected but like true professionals they got in with the job and sorted it. Left the area clean and tidy when they had finished. The installation by Grant and Jamie that took place very late afternoon early evening, it had been delayed by a number of hours, this was through no fault of their own but the job before us had complications, nevertheless they were dedicated and got the job done. Grant and Jamie finished the installation to a high standard, so we've ended up with a quality product installed and left very tidy. Job done, we are very happy thank you Black Diamond Spas.”

“Two weeks ago I had my first tattoo here with Jake Briggs and I cannot recommend this place more, whether you’re new to tattoos or already have some. The service from start to finish was excellent. Made me feel incredibly comfortable and explained the process throughout, as well as ensuring I fully understood how to properly aftercare the tattoo. Jake made absolutely certain I was happy with the design and went above and beyond to accommodate my (no doubt frustrating) requests for changes. I’m extremely happy with the final product and I will no doubt be back again when I have another idea. I will be recommending to any friends and family who express interest in getting a tattoo.”

“Went today with a firm thought in my mind of a tweed suit, colour everything all mentally stored. Bryan the owner armed with tape measure bizarrely took me straight to it and a perfect fit with jacket. 3 piece ordered. Waist and leg measured. Excellent family service. Vanessa his wife took over and we discussed my tie colour of which a perfect match sourced. We then discussed my partners dress match for the wedding I am attending. Their 2 sons working in the background. If you want quality service and suit with trousers tailored to fit that will last come here. If you are after off the shelf cheap polyester won’t last then pop to a retail store.”
