“Shout out to the staff at the Sheffield Walk-in-Centre …. went to meet a family member who was experiencing a difficult asthma attack on the back of a chest infection. On arrival, the place was extremely busy, no vacant seats, with people queuing at the desk! staff were clearly working hard, in difficult conditions to get people assessed and treated ASAP! Having mentioned to staff that the asthma was worsening, the response was excellent. They were seen quickly and provided excellent emergency care before being referred to the NGH…. Although someone might say they were just doing the job that they’re paid for…. these were difficult circumstances in a very busy and stressful environment. So thanks to the staff on duty this afternoon for a providing an excellent and professional service.”

“Can't understand what all the fuss is about...... every time I have wanted to see a doctor I have rung at half 8 and been given an appointment. All the doctors have seemed very sensible, listened well and sorted me out. Much better service than my GP back home. Not looking forward to the day I stop being a student and have to go back to having a normal GP where you have to wait weeks for an appointment and they have very few crisis appointment slots.”

“During a free consultation Karen took the time to explain several suitable treatment options and let me choose which one I would like if any. She wasn’t pushy at all, like a lot of private clinics can be and she was very knowledgable. I’ve now had treatment with both of the ladies that work here Karen and Kelly. They are both the most knowledgable, friendly and honest people you will ever meet. Very pleased and will be returning.”

“Having moved to Penistone in the last few months, I needed to find a new pharmacy, which isn't something I was looking forward to (I've mostly had stressful experiences with pharmacies elsewhere when it comes to getting my monthly medication, prescribed for a long-term health condition). “Basically Dr Harris saved my life, after testing my urine sample he knew I had sepsis, when I got to A&E. They told me " they didn't understand how he can possibly tell just by a sample?".... Well Dr. Harris was spot on wasn't he?? , and not only that, if we had waited another hour to call the ambulance I wouldn't be he today , it's as simple as that. So thank you so much... He even phoned me up at 6.45pm one night when I came out of hospital to check I was ok... Now that is a caring GP...”
