“My contact and interactions with this service has been helpful, positive and ultimately supportive to my situation. I was on a waiting list for some time, which was difficult, however, I do appreciate that accessing a free service such as this, is likely to be hugely over subscribed. The care and attention I have received thus far really has been markedly beneficial towards my ongoing mental health challenges. Sarah and Elaina have been working with me (and continue to) support, listen, reflect, asking questions, empowering me to find the answers, find my way, through an intensely difficult period of my life.
