“Well, I've had my share of fallouts with this practice. I've had extremely rude receptionists talk rubbish, with total conviction, and experienced the rudeness of one of the receptionists. I would say however, from a patient viewpoint, in the last year or so things have immeasurably improved. There seem to be more Doctor appointments available, the reception team is a lot happier, and more helpful, and generally things seem to be working much better. Re the dash to phones in the morning; I can only say I've used this twice in the last year, and I've had a callback inside an hour, and in one case, an appointment later that day. Even the doctors seem happier. The GP who looks after me is always cheerful, seems pleased to see me (she must be actor in her spare time) and listens to what I'm trying to explain. So, no problems, no issues.”
