“Went to the store yesterday with an issue and lady at the till was very polite and helpful she was breath of fresh air. The lady at the till had to go speak to the manager (Anna) with my case and the pair went extra mile and was very pleased with the service I received. Keep up the good work ladies and you are true asset to Argos. Its a shame I can not remember the ladies name at payment counter. Visited the store about 5pm if it helps.”

“All staff at Child 1st have been really good in helping our 3 year old to adapt to the pre-school environment ahead of him starting the School Nursery in September. From the settling in sessions to the communication on the app and in person we can’t fault it. Our son has enjoyed messy play and outdoor play and interacting with other children. This has also helped to further his development. We will be recommending Child 1st Stoke.”

“Our daughter has loved her time at Hilltop Tots. The staff are so friendly, welcoming and enthusiastic and always greet/wave her off with a big smile. The building and grounds are fantastic and they’ve worked so hard to modernise it and make it a wonderful environment for the kids. The garden is huge with animals for the children to look after. “It’s an open-air shopping center, and especially for outdoor shopping, there are many stores for gifts. They also have really nice cafes. You can do your shopping, stroll outdoors, and relax at the cafe all at once. They even have the Trentham Gardens, which is incredibly large and beautiful, but I think the entrance fee per person is quite expensive. My husband and I visited once just to explore, and we really liked it. However, I don’t think we’ll go again, especially considering the high cost per person. But we still enjoy shopping there and taking a break at the cafes.”

“We had our sons 7th birthday party here yesterday. Libby and the staff were very helpful and made the whole party run smoothly. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. We appreciated that staff limited the amount of non party children so that our SEN children were not overwhelmed. The food was great. The whole party was great value for money. Thank you to all the staff and especially Libby. Highly recommended for kids party.”
