As a relative newbie to fillers (cheek and perioral lines) she put me at ease throughout , explaining at every step what she was doing and checking i was ok. “I was introduced to Bowen by Kay in September 2018. At that time, I was experiencing pain in my right hip and knee and also painful muscle cramps in both legs whenever I walked too far or when I exercised. After a short course of weekly Bowen therapy sessions with Kay, the pain and cramps settled down. Since then, I have had 'top up' sessions as needed and now I rarely, if ever, have hip or knee pain or leg cramps. But the benefits of Bowen for me have been much more than pain relief. “What an absolute credit to the NHS. Mr Walker went out of his way to speak to me out of office hours, expedite appointments and get my daughter the surgery she needed all after being advised there was a long waiting list at a different hospital. Due to a preexisting condition surgery was not possible at his hospital. But due to him and his team forcing the issue, my daughter has now had the surgery. I arrived home yesterday to a letter apologising for the experience. Which honestly touched me so much. Thank you Simon for everything I would recommend you and your team to anyone and everyone.”

“My mum, Susan, started a physio programme with Lorna last July 2022. We had been struggling to find help and specialist attention in our area (Cumbria). My mum suffered a brain haemorrhage and a stroke in January 2022 and had severe balance issues, vertigo and right side weakness. Mum is now on a 4 month Pilates rehab programme, referred to us by Lorna, which will lead to my mum going back to her gym classes in late summer.
