After reading up on their website, it was clear that this performance upgrade would improve my Mini and also give it an extra bhp boost. It was well worth my 2 hour drive over to Lohen and the cost to get it done, as I am now very happy with the results. I look forward to driving my Mini even more now! The staff were very pleasant and also gave me a tour of the premises whilst my car was getting the upgrade which is not something you typically expect to see, plus the waiting room facilities were excellent. I am now also keen to bring my Mini back to Lohen for my routine mots and servicing each year.”

She quickly changed the address to ensure my items go to the right place. I then as you do started to get carried away and wanted more products from their range. One of them was an item that I wasn't too sure on fitting my truck. I called customer service for some advice and again got Abbey, I found her so friendly, knowledgeable and frankly a credit to this company. I emailed the info Abbey requested and had a response stating Abbey was on annual leave. Someone else picked up the email, responded quickly with options and solutions. Im expecting my items to arrive today but I know it'll all be perfectly and I find myself so happy with the customer service that I don't even need to see my items before I give a massive credit to this company. “Having had concerns for some dark (what I thought were moles) on my back addressed by my GP I was told that they were Seborrheic Keratosis. The NHS considers these cosmetic so will not refer further treatment (apart from in exceptional circumstances). I was therefore left wondering what to do? I contacted Hayley at Eccleshall Dermatology Clinic and had a consult. She explained what my treatment options were with the Keratosis. That some of the large ones would need a local anaesthetic to numb the pain, before being fairly painlessly removed. In the end I had three sessions with Hayley and she removed most of the marks from my back (there were quite a lot). Some of them were a little sore to be removed, however she kept the pain down to a minimum - and more importantly kept me chatting so I was suitably distracted. She advised on ongoing treatment and how to keep the keratosis at bay, and also that they are associated with aging. A month later and I am pleased. There are minimal scars, my back is clearer and its given me renewed confidence to be able to do more fitness activities including swimming and running.”
