“Ordered from here for collection! Everything spot on, food was good and hot. My only gripe with ordering pizza is I feel lime you need a degree to order it without wasting cash! I had to process the order 3 / 4 times to mess with options to get the same food, peices ranged from £57 to £46 so worth the hassle but shouldn't be this hard! Not to take away from this store though, as that's more a group / pizza issue that needs fixing.”

“Amazing store with really helpful staff! My husband and I visited a few pram shops a couple months ago and as first time parents were overwhelmed with the choice and trying to figure out what was good value for money. In all the other pram shops we went to the staff were really unhelpful, didn't really know the answers to our questions and couldn't take us through a demo of the prams, we left with more questions! Well when we walked into premier baby we were greeted with a smile and the gent who runs the shop was so helpful without being pushy or patronising, he explained everything to us and took us through a few different options until we found the pram for us! This was a few months ago, we went back in yesterday to order it and he remembered us and exactly what we had been looking for. Can't recommend enough, don't get service this good very often anymore but the shop runner here really knows his stuff, is friendly and approachable but doesn't pressure you into anything. Will be returning for other baby items, thank you Premier baby!”

“Staying in a hotel in Hanley for work. Had a walk to this place on my own a couple of nights. Good selection of craft beers to choose from, on draft and in chilled cans. There were also cask and draft cider options. When I visited there were 7 craft beers available including pilsner, IPA, sour and stout. Good selection of music on too, punk, grunge rock. Patrons and staff were friendly and welcoming, the venue is has a calm relaxed atmosphere. Come and support this local business!”

“Booked a table for 3 for lunch on Friday. Tim greeted us and made us feel so welcome. Nothing was too much trouble from start to finish. He even took photos for us. The food was delicious and the service was great as always. It's such a lovely place to go and eat and then finish with a walk around the shop or the garden centre or both. Just love Jackson's Nursery.”

“Superb store offering a great selection of popular culture items, science fiction, toys and more. From graphic novels and comics to collectable toys, masks and figurines this store has some really cool items to explore. It's a tribute to this business that it has lasted decades as part of Hanley 's subculture scene and if you're in the area it's well worth a visit. Recommended.”

“We came across this pub after a day an Alton Towers, when we arrived we was greeted with lovely staff and atmosphere. Ordered some drinks and decided to stay for food. Ordered steak which was cooked to perfection. And a pork schnitzel which was full of flavour. Everything came out piping hot. Ordered 2 sausages for my daughter who doesn’t like peas and chips and they reduced the price for this reason. Lovely wine too. Couldn’t recommend this place anymore. Was our first visit and definitely won’t be our last!”

“We went for a meal out on Father's Day. I've been twice now and it's definitely one of my favourite places to eat at. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the food was incredible. You can tell that everyone there definitely have a lot of passion for what they do, as everything was perfectly cooked and presented like a piece of art.”

“Went for the first time this week and I've been looking for a good Indian restaurant for a while. I'm veggie, so tried the Paneer Makhani and it was delicious. Unlike other places I've been, this one had plenty of paneer, it was amazing. I had gone to another place and it barely had five cubes, it was ridiculous. I'll definitely return here and I'll order from here, too, in future. Staff were super lovely, too.”

“I think since we moved here we are very impressed with the range and prices I have read a review that had me in stitches a lady saying staff were hitting her and told her to get out because she took a paper down I can not see any shop attacking a customer I'm sure if this did happen there would be police and witnesses... laughable...staff are lovely friendly and helpful not many places left where you find staff smiling and being helpful”

“We drove past this place million times and never noticed it untill today. We were really surprised how lovely the place look (despite rundown neighbourhood). The building looks lovely both inside and outside. Jacket potato and the sandwich was really tasty”

“After purchasing a Nextbase 312 GW from Halfords I was told by them they were unable to fit the dash cam as it was too complicated....Luckily for me a good friend recommended Matrix Ice as he had used them for years. I wasn't disappointed they were superb I was really pleased with the whole experience, plus with my brand new car I have piece of mind that it has been fitted correctly”

“I was here around 12.40pm on Saturday 27th September and feel compelled to compliment the young lady with the long ponytail who was single-handedly serving a long line of customers with efficiency and kindness. She was unflappable and I saw her genuine warmth in taking care of someone who clearly had a learning disability, despite the queue. It’s rare to find that hospitality on the high street nowadays. And to top it off the coffee was great.”

“Where do we start? Thank you, thankyou Zoe and the team for hosting our daughters wedding 27.6.25. Nothing was too much trouble.. everyone was so friendly, the pub was decorated to perfection in a relaxed country floral theme. The flowers decorating the venue were stunning. The food was plentiful, utterly delicious and presented beautifully. There were so many little personal touches that completed the day .The dj kept everyone on the dance floor and again nothing was too much trouble. The Windmill is a real gem..thankyou xx”

“We came on a date night and it was a great experience. I had heard that the place had changed hands and I thought it reasonable to give it a go. I'm so glad that I did. The food was lovely, no issues there and brilliant portions (and more than happy for you to take leftovers home!). However, the star of the show was the service. The gent was lovely, attentive without being overbearing, but also willing to pop in suggestions when asked. The best service that I've had in a long while.”
