“Went in to new Hayes shop in Crewe (old Thomas Cook shop) as I knew Ali who used to work at Star travel now works there, and as always had my holiday sorted out to suit every requirement I wanted, just couldn't do enough. The staff in there are all so friendly and you get such a warm welcome from all. Will be back again soon as you've got some great deals advertised. Thank you.”

“Fabulous family weekend spent in the converted pub. Our second visit. Its been revamped since we last stayed. Downstairs was great, Really well stocked kitchen. Comfy lounge, great bar area. Fantastic family area. Bedrooms, lack a little luxury. No full length mirror. No hooks for towels anywhere. Bathrooms tiny and unpleasant drain smell due to saniflow I suspect. However perfectly usable and great power shower if not compact in size! Loads of cobwebs and spiders in our room so the corners and windows in room and bathroom had definitely been missed. Bed super comfy and bedlinen lovely. There was only one side table by the bed even though room for two and our TV wouldn't work. We spent limited time in the room so it didn't matter. We would 100% return again.”

“Absolutely superb 4 day break at Alvaston Hall this week. The entertainments team were the very best I’ve seen at any of the Warner hotels. They work so hard not only on stage which was amazing but also all around the hotel keeping everyone entertained during the day. I wish them all well in the future, keep up the good work. To summarise , the room was clean and comfortable, food was very good, and the entertainment was second to none. We will definitely be back!!”

“Stayed here for a week for a business trip. The rooms were excellent as were the staff. On the last night we experienced a power cut which was out of the hotels control. They moved us to a different hotel which was made very easy by the hotel manager. The staff were brilliant and handled the whole situation. It would have been understandable with so many people to deal with if someone lost their rag. But everyone remained calm. Fantastic staff. Would very highly recommend”

“Came for a 'posh' fish and chips with my sister on Saturday afternoon. It was a Virgin gift voucher from my friends. We were seated straight away and all the staff were really lovely. Modern decor. The fish and chips were delicious and we also enjoyed the fizz that came with it. Great first impression of the place and we will certainly call in again. Thank you for a lovely time.”

“It’s a tired roadside Travelodge, however it was spotlessly clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel needs updating, but I’ve rarely stayed in a somewhere as immaculately clean”

“A beautiful place to stay with a host in Simon who makes the experience of staying even better. The location is perfect for visits to Stoke on Trent and there are a host of great local pubs to eat at within 20 minutes. Breakfast was ideal and would recommend the oatcakes! Would love to stay again.”

“I would highly recommend Davina and the team at Bridgfords Alsager for anyone looking to sell their house. From the very start when I called to book the valuation, right up to the completion date, the service has been excellent! Any queries have been dealt with quickly and communication has been fantastic. At the valuation stage we felt Davina was very knowledgeable, had such a positive and enthusiastic attitude, she was definitely the best person to sell our house! Viewings were booked in quickly and easily and once we received an offer the team took over and guided us through the process. We were also introduced to a mortgage advisor and solicitor through countrywide, both have delivered a service which has exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend the whole package!”

“I've stayed here twice & would highly recommend it, Rural location (on a farm), en-suite accommodation with access to a fully equipped kitchen. The accommodation is located in a separate detached building, which is next to the farmhouse. It's very clean & a freshly cooked to order break to set you up for the day. There's plenty of parking, I once turned up in a very large van & parked no problem.”

“Have been staying in the one of the a cottages for a month while waiting for a house to go through. Cottage perfect, has all amenities needed plus a great welcome package. Outside jacuzzi which wasn't on with it being late autumn but would be lovely in the hot weather. The owner Jane is so nice and provided us with clean bedding and towels each week. If we were moving away I would definitely stay here to visit our family.”

“Tried a number of agents before coming across Eazy Lett and they were all dreadful. The team at Eazy Lett are fantastic and are probably the reason why I remain as a landlord. Communications are awesome, tenants and properties are well managed and I get paid on time. Perfect !!”

“We were looking for a base for visits to Alton Towers and Chester Zoo and this was perfect. The whole family adored the place. Lovely, clean and spacious. The back garden was a real bonus (I think only one cottage has a garden from what I could see so I’d recommend booking that one if you can). There’s a gas BBQ and chiminea in the garden, which we made use of. The wi-fi connection was very poor. There were occasions when we were watching Netflix on the TV when it simply wouldn’t connect. We had the same issue trying to connect iPads and phones. Even when they did connect, the signal was on one bar. We ended up using mobile data and creating hotspots for the kids to connect to. Not ideal and not really a problem. Certainly not something I’d mark the place down for as it was brilliant and the owners were lovely. Highly recommended!”

“Wow, Wow Wow! So many memories made on my staycation and all thanks to Kirsty at Optimum Experience!! From the moment I left home to the day I returned, I was made to feel like a VIP and looked after throughout. Kirsty had organised for me and my partner a 2-night stay at the Langham hotel in London. She organised a luxury Chauffeur car to take us from our home, directly to the hotel. No driving, no warm trains, just a comfortable air-conditioned vehicle, who were on time and professional which was a great start to our trip! When we arrived at the hotel, we checked in and waiting for us in our room was a lovely note from Kirsty. Great touch! Then over the course of the weekend, Kirsty organised all our restaurant reservations in London which is highly recommended as we wouldn’t have been able to eat many places if she didn’t! She booked a trip for The Shard for us, which was our highlight of the holiday, and then tickets to the London eye. Prior to travelling on the trip, Kirsty called me 24 hours before to make sure that we had all the information required prior to travel. She provided us with her mobile number so that if there were any issues that we could contact her directly, however it all went smoothly so no need to call her! Finally, when we returned, she arranged another call to have a chat about our trip. I cannot wait to book my next trip with Kirsty as she was professional, polite and she made sure that we had the most memorable time away.”

“On arrival the host greeted us which was lovley this apartment is beautiful spacious and spotless its got all you need from pizza cutter to hair dryers and much more. The jacuzzi bath a real bonus. “A good value place to stay in Crewe. The cleaners do an excellent job of cleaning the rooms, kitchen and communal areas. The kitchen is fitted out with kettle, microwave, oven, hobs, fridge, etc. to cook yourself what you fancy. Once you've let yourself into the accommodation, and your room, you just come and go as you please.”
