His verbal and physical assessment was extremely thorough. He took time to understand the daily mental and emotional challenges I face and my need for self-motivation and exercise therapy. He has since provided a comprehensive range of exercises suited to address the weaknesses he found during his assessment. I found Marc’s empathy and understanding refreshing and hope that I can achieve improvement in the areas of weakness he identified.”
