Getting through on the phone can be a little difficult at times, because they are dealing with face to face customer issues. I'd advise physically going there if able, otherwise just keep trying on the phone. Top rating from me.”

Both doctors were incredibly professional, kind, and reassuring throughout the entire appointment. Dr Kahkashan made me feel completely at ease from the moment I walked in, her calm and friendly approach instantly settled my nerves. Dr Kingsley was equally wonderful, explaining everything clearly and making sure I understood what was happening at each stage. “After been turned away from a pharmacy being told that there was nothing they could do for my sore swollen throat and roof of mouth even though I told them I was struggling to eat and drink and felt unwell (without even assessing me) simply told visit your dentist or doctors, I went to my usual pharmacy in ASDA as always really polite and helpful staff and the pharmacist was amazing as always She gave me a proper check over and told me I was boarder line throat infection and although anti biotics aren't advised at this time that I was to go back in 2 - 3 days if it wasn't any better to get anti biotics she did however she did give me a throat spray with antiseptic and numbing stuff and explained the difference between what I had already tried and what she was giving me Absolutely amazing service as always ( i only went to other pharmacist as it was close to work) In future I will stick to where I know Highly recommend Liz”
