“Brilliant, I used to be with the one by the doctors in Wem, but after numerous altercations with the staff there, who were very rude and most of the time did not have my medication that I had asked for on an emergency in the pod. So I spoke to a lady at this pharmacy, the Rowlands pharmacy lusher when about changing my prescriptions to them. She said yes, not a problem. I explained the experiences I was having with the other pharmacy which was a Rowlands as well. When I next rang for my prescription which have got some high medicated drugs on there that I need, I rang the pod and changed it to this pharmacy. Since being with this pharmacy. I have never had a problem whatsoever my prescriptions have been hanging on the rail waiting for me and the staff are really nice and pleasant. There was only two members of staff at the other pharmacy that were rude. One was a lady that has left, the other is a man who is still there. He works in the background. He is very rude, but I cannot thank this pharmacy enough for being so helpful and like a proper pharmacy should be thank you so much.”

“noticed the negative reviews so i feel the need to share a positive experience. after 14 months of dealing with my condition, i was referred here after switching GP and given an appointment within 2 weeks. the doctor had no availability however gave me a 3hr window and told me he would fit me in either way. the nurses who accompanied him went above and beyond to make me feel as comfortable as i can. they made me laugh throughout and repeated information for me. thank you for what you do and what you have done for me.”

“Using Google maps to get here on foot, was an absolute mare. It sent me here, there & everywhere. The walk was estimated to take 14 minutes. I'm no novice when it comes to walking, but following google, it took me almost an hour. Never again, I'll go the longer, but easier way thank you. I didn't know what to expect when I got there, as it was my first visit to register, as I'm new to the area. But I was pleasantly surprised at how clean,open & spacious the place is. The staff are extremely helpful, and advised me well, they gave me a clipboard to lean on. They are really informative & friendly, Jeanette was the lady who dealt with my enquiry, she was great. And explained the process of registering step by step. Even gave me directions to get back, that were a 1000% easier than Google maps.”

“Everyone is so quick to criticise but no one gives praise where due. Both my husband and myself have received first class treatment from Hungerford. Today I rang at 8 am for an appointment, only had to wait 4 minutes for a reply and was referred to a nurse who rang me back a quarter of hour later. She arranged an appointment for 10 a. m where I was seen by a doctor who prescribed medicine for me and I was back home by 10. 20 a.mMy husband also received great service when he was ill just before Christmas. Thank you to everyone concerned”
