I asked if I could use my reward points to buy this item. “ of course “. Was the reply. Then she told me it was on offer multi buy. I rushed over to get another identical item. There weren’t any more on the shelf. So when I returned to the counter. Jill kindly offered to order it in for me. I would still be able to use my reward points and get the multi buy offer.
