We needed certain requirements, but he was very knowledgeable, there was no pressure from him and made us feel very comfortable. “I can honestly say that I received an exemplary service from the Vision Express team in Longton. The optician I saw was very good and put me at my ease. I hadn’t been for any form of eye test for 20 years so I was quite anxious but I had absolutely no need to be! Staff were also extremely knowledgeable and super helpful. I would highly recommend & thanks so much for sorting my new glasses… I wouldn’t be able to see to write this review were it not for the team at Longton Vision Express!!”

“Had my nose and industrial done today! Had a lovely gentlemen greet me at the door he was very polite and held good conversation while i filled out my forms. I was then taken up stairs to the piecing room where another kind gentlemen came in and prepared the piecing equipment he then extremely quickly (quick in a good way) did my nose and talked me through it while reassuring me the whole time! He then did my industrial piecing very quickly it hurt and i did tense up but he talked me through it! Very lovely staff and i had a great experience with great pricing too i can’t recommend this place more if i could rate higher i would!!!”

“Had my kitchen design done by Beth from the Cobridge branch. She came to our house, measured up, took into account everything we would need and how everything would best suit us,gave advice on design and colours etc. After a few days, went into store and she had created an image for us which was great to see as it gave us a good visual idea of how it would look. Just waiting for delivery but so far so good..reasonable price too in the sale”

Even though I ordered late for September (I was trying to give her a little time to grow before committing to sizes) they were very courtious when I messaged with questions, prompt and answered all my questions. They even refunded part of my order when I realised I'd made a mistake. And then the icing on the cake was that the order was delivered the next day. The items are well made, in perfect condition, and the customer service was awesome. 5 stars :) will recommend”

“I Always use this Travis Perkins instead of other merchants in my area , they’re great on price , can always have a laugh with the lads and lasses there , in particular Ben who always has a keen eye for the builders . “Dropped in for some advice on my jammed strimmer. Was kindly re-directed from the main entrance to plumbing and ended up with several very kind gentlemen and even some customers trying to solve my problem. Excellent customer service. Will not hesitate to return.”

“One of the best place in Stoke on Trent for your meat. All butchers are very helpful they know what they do. You sometimes need to order before hand and get your meat. There are proper fruit and vegetables as well. Small shop but you can find what you want to buy. If you want to park your car be careful about parking areas.”

“Amazing experience at this store. Very clean and tidy but the main reason for this review is due to the staff. They were all so polite and wonderful, especially Maggie and Alice who helped my fiancé and I set up our accounts with the PetsAtHome app which gave us access to discounts. They were some of the friendliest and most helpful people I have ever met and their level of customer service definitely went above and beyond expectations! I legitimately am looking forward to our next visit to this store in the future!”
