My daughter had her ears pierced by Kim today, and Kim was amazing. My daughter got to pick from a selection of earrings, then her favourite song request, she even had the opportunity to cuddle a worry bear if she wanted. Kim was so sweet and lovely with her, and my daughter even got a certificate to remember the special moment. My little girl got big!”
