“I've done first aid training previously, but I've never enjoyed it as much as I did yesterday with Amanda Powell. She held everyone's interest the whole way through, prompted us to answer questions, encouraged us to take part, was happy to go over things for anyone that wasn't 100% sure and never rushed any part of it. She was personable, friendly and funny which made what could have felt like an intense and difficult course, a fun and informative experience. I feel like for the first time, I'd be 100% comfortable to help someone with first aid. What I learned on this course is invaluable and might one day save someone's life. Thank you, Amanda... you are brilliant at what you do and I'll be keeping an eye out to see what other courses may available through Insight. As an additional note on Insight Workplace Health, I've had the pleasure of meeting both Liz and Ellie previously in a work capacity. These are the owners of the Company, and having met Amanda yesterday, it's evident to me that the way they run the company and their fantastic personalities are clearly embedded in their team culture. Breath of fresh air! Check these guys out for first aid training and/or any occupational health needs.”

“I visited Waffel Town & Café today with waffles on my mind – and I was not disappointed! I could choose exactly what I wanted on my waffle, and it turned out absolutely delicious. The fruits were fresh, and everything was perfectly prepared. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The café is centrally located, very clean, and offers both indoor seating and a few covered tables outside under an awning. The menu is quite extensive – a great spot not just for dessert, but also for breakfast, lunch, or just a coffee break. Highly recommended!”

Had a few occasions when they've said they are fully booked days ahead but if I drop the car down to them they'll try and fit it in between jobs and numerous times now they have always managed it.
