We felt Steve the designer listened to our ideas rather than push for something we didn’t want and he accepted several changes of mind (by me) with good grace. Chris came to measure up and again listened to us rather than override our choices. We had to delay delivery due to setbacks with the house remodel which again was not an issue with the LBS team. Our son fitted the kitchen and he said (the Symphony) it was one of the best quality kitchens he’d ever worked on. If at any time during the whole process we encountered a problem it was quickly dealt with and rectified straight away. We would like to say a big thank you to the team from LBS Port Tabot.”

“I've called in a handful of times to buy refreshments since Work of Art opened and each time had the most lovely customer service. Personable and friendly. What was particularly special is I called in on my way to a trip a couple of months ago needing milk to mix with a protein shake kind of thing. They helped me open the sachet and asked which milk I'd prefer and let me free pour it in. I had no judgement from them for my (let's face it) strange request. I said that I would accept whatever they felt was fair to charge me, be it a coffee amount of what have you. They responded in kind (and very kindly). I want to extend genuine thanks to this person. Keep doing what you're doing! I would say this is well worth a stop before a journey. The view is spectacular and the environment is clean and spacious.”
