“Ordered for collection with some specific instruction about a food item and they accommodated perfectly. I had the Spanish pizza, of which I highly recommend. I wouldn't usually go for this style but up there with the best pizzas in Swansea in terms of combination of topplings. Easy to order through just eat for collection”

“A small restaurant (but not crowded) upstairs so be aware when booking. We had the taster menu which was absolutely sublime, excellent flavours with a good choice of wines. We had a great evening and will definitely go again.”

“Unbelievable food. You can really tell that the staff care about the quality of the food they serve. If you live in the area or are visiting, this is a must-try. Good energy in the kitchen and you can tell by the flavours! I’ve worked in food & wine industry for a good while and I was blown away by the food presentation, quality of ingredients, and the service. It was hard to choose what to order; luckily my table was keen to share lots of small plates. I would highly recommend sharing a few things. I will absolutely return to try more of the breakfast & daytime menu. Great wine options also. I was told that they update the menu regularly with seasonal ingredients so I’m very excited to keep visiting!”

“Originally ordered through Just Eat but the delivery time kept slipping so ended up cancelling. A moment later the owner called explaining that they were having an issue with getting a Just Eat driver but if we still wanted the order he would deliver it himself and would charge their normal prices which is cheaper than Just Eat as no admin charge or delivery fee. Food arrived quickly then and was absolutely delicious! Pizzas were fantastic and pasta was also well received and all really tasty. Will definitely order again, just maybe not through Just Eat next time!!”

“We have been coming here for about 2 years. The coffee is super tasty and amazing quality and I cannot describe how delicious the pork cobano is. The amount of meat you get in the sandwich is super generous. The other food also looks insane but we love the pork cobano and have to order it each time. Lovely staff here also, just a great place to eat and drink.”

“I've been using this chinese takeaway for a few months. And can not find one better than this establishment. I have tried different dishes from here and have not found any fault with the food stuff. I highly recommend this takeaway and wish I could give it more than 5 stars. The only downside is it ain't open on Tuesdays.”

“Opening night for Gin and Sake was fabulous. We've ordered takeaway prior to the restaurant being completed, and always enjoyed the food, but the atmosphere and presentation cannot be replicated at home. Our server was Noah, who was attentive, polite and set a wonderful impression for what to expect. The food was fresh, lovingly put together and absolutely gorgeous. The drinks were new and exciting, and presented well. We cannot wait to visit again! Forget Wagamamas, Gin&Sake is a at true taste of Japan in Bridgend.”

“Really enjoyed the pizza and fries! The Nutella pizza is a delightful treat, but definitely one to share – it's a bit much for one person. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and was pleased with the amount of cheese and meat. There was a bit of charcoal on the bottom, likely from the oven, which made it a bit messy to eat, but it tasted great. I do wish they offered a wider selection of toppings. I usually go for a spicy meat feast from other places, but that option wasn't available on the menu (at least not on Deliveroo). I opted for collection, and the service was quick, with the place being clean. I'll happily order from here again.”

“Stopped here with friends for a light lunch yesterday, and although I was a bit disappointed there were no sandwiches on the menu, I had the pancakes with fried egg, bacon and maple syrup, which was delicious. “We went in tonight for the first time tonight. The food was absolutely incredible and the service amazing. The wine was truly wonderful. The chef even made me a vegetarian dish that wasn't on the menu. My partner loved his lamb shank. We were too hungry and tired to take photos, but the food was Instagram worthy. Definitely the best restaurant in the Mumbles. Thank you!”
