When Pack & Send collected them they informed me that they were insufficiently packed and provided photographs which showed how woeful the packing was. They offered to unpack the items and repack them correctly and when I received them the other end I was extremely pleased with how well they were packed. My two italian greyhounds love the comfort of the den bed, and I love knowing they are well supported. The personalised blanket are such a nice touch too, and super cosy (essential for iggies). The beds are over a year old now, the covers are washed weekly, and look/feel like new. The colours and styles also look great in our home, something I'd really struggled to find previously.
