“Bought 5 fence panels from here 1-2 weeks ago. Saw the price in a magazine that was posted. Went in and ordered them. Included free delivery which I thought was a nice touch. Fence panels seemed good quality and were inadvertently the cheapest around too which was a bonus! Will definitely shop here again. Gives a b&q alternative but also helping a local business”

I initially asked a member of staff, Paul, where to find a particular product, and not only did he point me in the right direction, but he later came over to offer more in-depth help. He took the time to understand what I was growing and gave great advice on improving soil quality specifically for growing vegetables. His product knowledge was excellent, and it really showed that he knew what he was talking about—especially as he mentioned that he grows his own vegetables and uses the same products himself. In a time where good customer service feels increasingly rare, it was refreshing to receive such personal and helpful support. It made me feel confident that I’d chosen the right place to shop. “I just bought a Lumberjack 14in bandsaw, Profesional grade, it is amazing. Went to the store in Wolverhampton and was help by a loverly lady Sharna. Very knowledgeable person and super keen to help. It has more added extras than any bandsaw I've seen, inc a built in solid circle jig. The cast iron table is huge and the draw below the bandsaw for ease of cleaning dust is great. We used it for 3 hrs on the first day, so quiet. Easy blade change too. Even a strong flexy lamp. It's been used for 3 days and still super happy with it. Plus it was much cheaper than axminster and better quality. If you want a quality bandsaw bandsaw don't be put off by the low price of 699.99 , this is easier to use than my lagoona 1412, which was 1000 pounds more. Well done Lumberjack.”
