“I think this is a great gym. I hired Michelle as my Personal Trainer for 6 sessions. I was a total gym hater and didn't know what to expect from a PT. Michelle was wonderful she was patient yet challenging when I needed to be challenged. She keeps my sessions varied and is a real motivational trainer. “I saw Helen for a while - she was great. Really helped me go through the things I needed to in an organised way which helped me understand and get through a lot. I really liked how she was able to help me reflect and get deeper into the problems I was having to better understand and process them. Definitely recommend if you want to actually deal with your issues properly instead of just surface level treatments like CBT or other counsellors who don’t get deeper into the issues!”
