“Never ordered from here before so today was my first time. I ordered the Tower Burger meal and 5pc chicken strips. The order arrived within 40mins (ordered at 7.15pm on a Saturday evening). Arrived at 7.55pm. The burger was excellent, a nice smokey taste on the patty and 3 huge chunks of BBQ chicken, a slice of cheese and BBQ sauce (my choice). Came with fries and a can of coke. The Tower burger really was a meal, very tasty and very filling. Cannot recommend this place enough, will deffo order again.”

“I ordered from Pizza Hut Willenhall yesterday. My order was the Hot Honey Pepperoni Feast pizza, hot honey breaded chicken strips, and fries. While the delivery arrived on time, I was disappointed to find my order missing the hot honey drizzle on both the pizza and chicken strips, one of the main reasons I ordered this meal, and sadly, it’s not the first time this has happened. After an already hectic and stressful day, this was just the cherry on top. But then I called and spoke to Dylan, and everything changed. From the moment he picked up, he was kind, apologetic, and genuinely empathetic. He truly listened and even added a bit of humour to our chat, especially when we joked about my choice of olives as a topping (apparently not his thing!). Dylan assured me he’d personally remake the pizza with extra hot honey and get it out to me ASAP, and he kept his word. Within 20 minutes, my order arrived with a thoughtful little note: “I hope this makes your day better.” Honestly, it did more than that. In a time where great customer service is rare, Dylan went above and beyond, and because of him, I’ll continue ordering from this branch. He deserves recognition! Pizza Hut, please take note. “Seen alot of bad reviews about these but I've used them for well over 10 years and they've never disappointed me, suppose everybody's taste buds are different and everybody's opinions won't always be the same but honestly give them a try before letting the reviews put you off, they can only disappoint once or you could be blown by surprise. “I feel so lucky that Cafe Casita is a 5 minute walk from where I live, this is the second time I have visited this place with my wife since moving to the area and it is amazing. I believe it is a family owned Italian restaurant with a rustic Italian theme inside. You need to book as it is always busy, and rightly so, the food is absolutely amazing, tasty and is presented beautifully. Listen to the mature lady if she suggests a dish as my wife had the scallops that she suggested and I was left wishing I had the same. The outside of the restaurant could do with a slight uplift but when inside that really doesn't matter.”
