“I had a lovely recommendation to buy a dress from Faith which I needed for a show. I gave her the Description and specifications of what I need and she directed me to a lovely dress that matched exactly what I needed. When I needed to return one of the dresses (I bought two in different sizes so I could compare and find the perfect size for me) because there was a previous customer’s make-up stain on the collar of the dress, Faith very helpfully talked me through the return process and reassured me I would not be blamed for the mark. The other dress worked perfectly for its purpose and I left feeling confident and reassured! Thank you!”

When the item didn’t arrive due to an issue with Evri - I contacted MJ Outdoors and they chased Evri immediately and when Evri couldn’t confirm where the item was - another was sent out the same day. I believe that you can just a company best by how they handle things when they go wrong - and they dealt with the issue spectacularly”
