   Products were brilliant (3x beds for us, bed and 2 x sofas for aunt,) But really disappointed by one of the delivery drivers. Rude and aggressive, swearing as he carried mattress upstairs. Managed to smash a mirror on the wall. Went to leave without even mentioning. Asked if they'd repair/reglaze, the 'nice' driver said it couldn't be repaired. Got upstairs and more damage. Shop wasn't interested as 'no other complaints'. As a disabled household getting out to shop is difficult and buying online is a gamble. Having moved into my late father's we are slowly changing everything from curtains to beds, to sofas. Sadly will be forced to travel to find a professional service elsewhere. Interestingly when I told my aunt what happened she immediately identified which driver was the problem as she had recommended them until her last experience. Clearly an issue they ignore.

   Just received delivery of my new sofas. Thank you to Paul who humoured me whilst I was deliberating in the shop for an hour before Christmas, only thing missing was a glass of fizz! Delivery guys brilliant, they had a task removing old suite, down the garden, over the fence, out into the entry, no gym membership required there! Super pleased with my sofas, thank you.
