   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Excellent Customer Service I purchased a sofa from Fursale through Wowcher as a birthday gift for my wife. Unfortunately, the listing didn’t include the sofa’s depth measurement, and I hadn’t considered that detail (being a man!). Although my wife loved the sofa, it just didn’t suit our family’s needs in terms of size. Buying online is very different from seeing a product in person, but when I contacted Fursale, nothing was too much trouble. They first made a kind offer to help, but as it was mainly a financial issue, we suggested another option. Fursale even went the extra mile to check with the manufacturer to see if the size could be adjusted to fit our needs. When that wasn’t possible, we asked if we could make the modification ourselves (I’m a carpenter) again, they were open and responsive. In the end, returning the sofa was the best option for us, and Fursale handled everything quickly and professionally, arranging collection and refund through the Wowcher platform without any hassle. It’s such a shame the sofa didn’t work for us, because dealing with Fursale showed they truly care about their customers. You never really know how good a company is until you need their support and Fursale’s customer service is 10/10. Highly recommend them for their honesty and excellent communication. I'm in business so really appreciate high customer service as we pride ourself on ours.

   Not insane quality but for the price it's worth it (toledo corner sofa). Very easy to assemble, material is nice to the touch, and the driver was very nice and kept me in touch with the hours of delivery. Would recommend if you don't have a big budget but want something decent. Sofa is quite hard though so don't except something too soft.

   Do not buy from them they sold me a broken ripped sofa with 1 year warranty but didn't want to take it back. I paid with PayPal but they very vicious and said that I didn't want to open the door to give them the sofa back. Save your money very bad company and malicious
