!!!!!!!!!!AVOID!!! Very bad customer service, couldn’t get through to check in for ages to get our details. Had to ring about 3 times before they tried to send us any details of our check in. They Rang us back eventually and told us that we’ve been upgraded to this luxury apartment somewhere else. We went there couldn’t get in with the codes they provided us when we eventually got into the place, we discovered there was no key. Another woman on the phone didn’t believe us, we had to send her pics of the key box with no key in it. We then came to realize that someone was living in that apartment!! Rang back again to them, they sent us back to the original apartments. When we got there we discovered that the apartment was filthy the beds not changed, mattresses torn, floors filthy and sticky, vomit stains on carpet, the place smelled of smoke and weed. We called them back complained about the state of the apartment. They gave us another apartment number, we went to check it but could not get in because yet again no key so obviously someone was staying in that also. Eventually we did get an apartment that was passable but still not clean walls damaged just overall didn’t feel comfortable in the apartment. We decided to leave the next day. We were supposed to stay another night but just couldn’t wait to get out of the place!!

Awful place. Please read other reviews as well as they sum up this place very perfectly. Photos were all taken on arrival, the place is very dirty and has a weird smell. The tap in the bathroom was broke so just kept dripping. We were given the wrong room. We were given a street view which was VERY noisy, despite booking a river view so that spoilt any chance of finding a positive about the apartment. There is obviously a certain clientele who stay here as we had several noise and smell issues from surrounding rooms. The lady on reception was attentive when I complained about the noise and I understand this is not an issue that is easy to control but is definitely something to be mindful of when booking. We got our deposit back with in 48hrs of check-out so that was no issue. Over all a great location if you are planning on going out in central Belfast but just disgustingly dirty, smelly and noisy. AVOID !!

******AVOID******* Booked through work travel provider. Arrived after full day travelling around country. Car Park is dark and seedy feeling, discarded bedding and binbags everywhere. Staff a disgrace - claimed not to have our booking and when given details told me I was lying. The most unhelpful person I have ever encountered in hospitality. Called his boss to come round from the "other hotel" and he came in ready for an argument...safe to say he got it. Felt like a scam, and whilst in reception we seen a lot of unsavoury characters coming and going. I'm not sure how legit the place is - probably able to book rooms by the hour. Avoid booking. When we arrived with 2 young kids we were told our booking had been cancelled because of a technical issue. We were asked to pay another £100 deposit, even though we paid our full balance prior to arriving. We were left waiting over an hour and and then given an apartment which is not what we paid for. On top of this we paid £20 for parking, we were then told we couldn’t get the code we had to be let in by reception. We then got stuck in the parking garage as no one was on site. The customer service was atrocious. Not interested in helping and only wanted to get more money from us. Do not book here. Only positive is the location.

Booked this apartment and to my surprise the reviews seemed pretty bad. I was travelling with my 1 year old daughter so I wanted to stay somewhere safe. Upon looking at reviews I was shocked to see the appalling standard of this place. I tried to cancel a week before but the customer service on booking.com ignored all my messages. What wasn’t made clear to me was there is a 100 pound deposit. I found this out on the day of arrival. A number that wasn’t on there booking.com what’s app’d me saying I need to transfer £100 by bank transfer and that they’ll send it back 3 days after. The details were for a complete different company name than the one advertised. When I asked if I could receive a receipt/proof or purchase they wouldn’t provide me with this and said if I don’t pay the 100 pounds i won’t get into the property. Consumer rights 2015 say that I should be able to receive this. I had to cancel and I am money down. Don’t book with them.

Subpar, cheaply furnished rooms were the highlight of the stay. Parking requires you to borrow and immediately return a fob to enter or leave the car park (once you've found the car park that is) and the car park itself was incredibly tight while also poorly lit with motion activated lights that didn't come one until you were walking in darkness. Check in wasn't until 4pm but could be brought forward 2hrs for £20 per hour! Check out was an issue as no one could be found at reception. They do have an express checkout deposit box but we needed a fob to leave the car park! All in all, not a stay I shall be repeating.

Was unable to stay the night we had planned (super grateful after reading the reviews now) was told I could pay a cancellation fee by one person and then told by another person I couldn't so lost my money. Then to be harassed constantly with emails asking me to review my stay. So here is my review, absolutely and undoubtedly do not stay here.

Terrible service. Acceptable rooms. They will take a damage deposit and won't return it as promised. Overall you'll pay £100 extra for nothing and the stay will be below standard. Would Generally advise not to stay here. They do offer certain perks such as breakfast or a full fridge but it's not actually possible to add them on. Just don't stay here. Better off at one of the Premier Inn's which are within walking distance, have better rooms and service; and are far cheaper.

We had booked an apartment for four of us this weekend. We turned up to be told the room wasn’t available and had been booked by someone else. We had actually rang up the day before to confirm our booking and has been told by a woman that the booking was confirmed and she would see us tomorrow. We were left with no accommodation on a busy Saturday night and they weren’t very apologetic or helpful. Seems to be a trend from these apartments, I wish we read the reviews before we trusted to book it. We will be avoiding these in future. They said they would never have confirmed the booking the day before and would have to internally look into it.

Cheap, nasty cash grab. If you’re on a budget and need somewhere clean and decent enough to sleep then this place will be fine. If you have the money spend just a little more then I implore you to do that. Expect a terrible night’s sleep, as most of the (cheap) vertical blinds are missing, and it’s not quiet outside. My partner got maybe 4 hours sleep in two nights. Soap dispensers were empty, there was no corkscrew in the kitchen (but an entirely mismatched set of glasses), TV wasn’t plugged into an aerial, no tea or coffee and to activate the hot water you have to press a button 45 minutes before you need it! The corridors smell like smoke, and if you can’t find me a surface or fitting in the whole building that isn’t scuffed, scratched or dented I’ll give you a fiver. It felt cheap and unpleasant at every possible turn. Like a property developer trying to make a quick, lazy buck on Airbnb. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
