   Turned up for a booked flu jab appointment (which I had changed shifts for) to be told none in stock - a very simple phone call or email to cancel my appointment would have been great in this situation Now I have wasted time, fuel, money and protection from the flu. Poor customer service

   Perfect. Pre-booked flu jab, received confirmitmation via e-mail, got the flu jab. On the day I arrived in good time, was acknowledged and seen to promptly. I was made to feel at ease, given all the information about vaccine I asked for and after a couple of minutes it was all done. Would recommend.

   Booked on- line for flu jab at a precise time yesterday. Arrived early as you do to be greeted with up and down stare and a "name" to be told she has no paperwork. Probably not downloaded it from Friday. What a faff and how rude and unprofessional. Having left the store without my jab I returned moments later to again explain that I need a flu jab. Well, this seemed too much trouble, but i persevered and got the jab. There is no way this women should be customer facing. Rude and unprofessional at best.

   Staff really disinterested in my custom and totally unhelpful. In fact, the pharmacist was so rude to me I was absolutely shocked, I walked out wondering what had just happened. They were so unprofessional behind the counter, shouting across the room at each other and acting like a playground. I shall not be using them again, if I could give minus stars I would!

   Extremally unhelpful, the women was exceptionally rude shouting from one side of the room to the other so everyone could hear. Basically she couldn’t be bothered to help. Best thing would be to use Keyworth Pharmacy, they are so much more polite and helpful.

   I'm sure is a great pharmacy in a small community. My experience with them: is been twice now that I been told they don't have my prescription (painkillers) Won't be using this service again. Good luck

   I booked a flu vaccine on line, but none were available. Apparently there haven't been any for a while. They had my contact details and could easily have contacted me to tell me. Very poor.
