   Had my male rabbit neutered yesterday, but I used Vets4Pets 10+ years ago for my labrador, Poppy. It was so lovely to go in and see recognizable faces after all this time. I called on the Friday and they were able to book me in for the following Monday at times convenient for us! The lady we spoke to was so thorough and informative and getting my boy home, you'd never know he'd have had surgery. He was so relaxed and comfortable, I'm so grateful to all the staff for being so accommodating and reassuring.

   Eternally for ever great full to these guys, honestly. Had an emergency on Saturday 6/7/24 as my pooch was ran over. I rang them in a blind panic and they told me to come straight up, saw my Rosie right away,cleaned her up, gave her pain meds and antibiotics and really reassured me that she's fine, nothing broken. They said she's one lucky pooch,I totally agree. I really can't thank you enough. I left in a hurry too so no purse or bank card, they let me pay over the phone once I returned home, thank you for your trust. Highly recommended

   In the past month I have visited quite a few times with my dog as I had found a mammary lump on her. The whole process from our first phonecall, our appointments, the surgery and post op appointments cannot be faulted. Every member of staff I came in to contact with were kind, knowledgeable and reassuring. They explained everything and had the time to answer any questions I had. At one point I was concerned about something with my dog's wound but they promptly saw us and dealt with the issue. It has been a very difficult time for me but I thank you all for taking care of my dog and making it as easy as it could be. I also found great reassurance in the fact my dog was excited to visit them every single time! I have to add that when I was deciding whether to use Vets For Pets, I read the online reviews and came across a negative one about one of the receptionists, Carol. I was a little unsure whether to proceed but after reading other reviews I decided that I would go here. I feel that I made the right decision. I understand that everyone has their own experiences so I'm not saying that what the person wrote was untrue, but I feel it's only fair to mention my experience with Carol. She was the first person from Vets For Pets that we spoke to and she was very kind and professional. I also dealt with her on most of my visits and she was always pleasant and helpful. I personally thought she was really nice, caring and had a good sense of humour at the appropriate times. Again, thank you to everyone at Vets For Pets, I truly appreciate your service to us.

   The vet was absolutely lovely and I cannot fault her in the slightest. However, Carol on reception was the lady who ruined our experience here. She was very abrupt and rude on the phone when we called the surgery. We had gone to collect our pet from his procedure and we were told that we would have a phone call when he had recovered and was ready to be picked up. But when we rang Carol on reception to see how he was doing, we were told that we apparently had an appointment and we were late. Nobody had told us that an appointment had been made, and as far as we were concerned our pet was still in surgery! We turned up to the vets and checked in on reception, we sat down and waited to be called through. As we sat down Carol muttered to her colleague on reception and was sat calling us and slagging us off. Disgusting behaviour for a woman of her age! It was as if we were sat in a school playground. Word of advice for Carol, perhaps learn how to mutter quietly or even whisper. A little bit more training in communication and customer service skills wouldn't go a miss for Carol either and I think she needs to be taught a few manners and respect! Safe to say I will be registering my pet elsewhere at another vet.

   Had an emotional day having to put my guinea pig, Tony put to sleep. From the moment I walked into the surgery to coming out I was sobbing. The vet I saw from start to finish was amazing and made me feel more at ease with everything that was happening. If I could get the name of the vet who I saw today that would be fantastic! She's most certainly in the right job. Couldn't thank her enough! X

   Absolutely love my dogs going here. Staff are friendly and helpful. The vets always give you options on what treatment is best for your pets. Always get you an appointment at short notice.
