   We moved our pets to Minster after a traumatic recent experience with the euthanasia of our beloved dog of many years at the hands of our old vets, carried out by a locum vet who, in our view, lacked any form of compassion. We have found such a difference since coming to Minster. Lovely staff, both admin and the vets and nurses, nice, spacious premises and you really feel like they care about your pets. So glad we changed to this practice and it's closer for us to travel to as well.

   Devastated doesn’t come close to how I felt last Sunday losing my 7 year old GSD. Out of hours on a Sunday at Newark. The compassion/information/kindness from everyone was outstanding. 5 days later I received a sympathy card. What blew me away was a paw print in the card. It was my dogs paw print. I can’t describe how special this is to me. Thank you guys. You’ve been amazing. Newark and Calverton staff ❤️

   This practice is fine for an emergency but routine appointments are a nightmare. They’re always running behind and don’t have the courtesy to tell you they may be running late. Waited 30 minutes for a puppy vaccine this morning puppy got more and more distressed and was eventually sick. Not a good introduction to the vets for him. This isn’t the only time I have waited 20 minutes or more so it’s time to sack off the corporate vets and go to practice that isn’t just trying to maximise profit.

   We went to Minster Vets because our dog needed an operation and we weren’t happy with the information being shared by her current vets. Minster Vets were professional courteous and caring, they took over the procedure and completed it keeping us informed every step of the way, the helped us understand how the pet insurance would work, and quite honestly couldn’t have done more for us. To top it all they were less expensive than the vets that provided the inferior service. Thank you for looking after our pet.

   Absolutely delighted today. We had booked for the BVA eye test and said we would like to have the opportunity to have a cancelation date to make it quicker, this was on Wednesday and today we got a text asking if we could get it to do the test, it was approaching closing time yet they waited for us. When we arrived we were greeted by a lovely lady who put the drops in Bella and told us have a little walk with her and they would test her in 20 minutes. The experience was so nice we felt that we were treated well above the normal we have had from other vets. Very soon Bella was back out all done and her eyes are perfect which is the next stage before we mate her. The vet who did the test came out to talk us through everything and really was so nice and approachable. This is a practice I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone who cares about their pets. The pricing is also very reasonable even rather cheap given the level of service. Thank you for looking after our beautiful Bella. .

   Never been to this vet centre before until last wednesday after my ragdoll Romeo became unwell very suddenly & had to be put to sleep. Thankyou to the vet & staff for the very fast, caring service at this very difficult time, it made the situation a little easier. RIP Romeo 2008-2019
