   Store tatty and old, very messy and uninviting. One member of staff who was on his phone behind the till when we entered. Didn’t see another. Went down into the dungeon which is the mens dept. Messy, cold and uncared for. Awful store. They did have some good reductions though but the store didn’t feel inviting at all. Shame.

   Went to Trespass Southampton to pick up festival camping supplies on the 31st July. The helpful staff (Lauren and Alex) were invaluable in talking through the range of chairs, tents and sleeping bags - genuine, friendly service with a smile. Thanks guys!

   My review is merely based on the fact that you would expect to have a range of summer related clothing in this “Hiking, Trekking, Outdoors” retail outlet. During this July 2022 heatwave I was trying to find some UV protective clothing. It’s got ratings from 30-50 and is designed to prevent the sun getting through your clothing. UPF is the term used. Could I find anything? Even after asking the sale assistance? NO? I don’t need rails of rain or down jackets! When was the last time we had a frost down here in the South? Get with it Trespass! It’s global warming not freezing. Oh, well another sale for Amazon it is…

My mother, who is visually impaired, always receives excellent service at the Southampton store, the staff are very helpful and always happy to take the time to help her find what she needs. She never feels rushed and is always more than happy with her purchases which are always of high quality. Highly recommended!
