They didn’t try to sell battery thankfully but told me to buy from dyson. On way home to do just that and person from here rang. Told me it sounded like filter I went to shop, he put in new filter - problem solved. 30.00 instead of 125.00 (plus I would still have needed new filter. Thanks very much”
