They drove the car, lifted up , couldn't find anything obvious but explained what could be causing it. Left the car for other repairs, and they went the extra mile and figured that it was a loose nut causing the rattling under the bonnet. Went back as a happy customer, and noticed they didn't even charge me for loose nut fix. Honesty, work ethics, professionalism, hard work, all checked!”
