“We got married on October 18, 2025. When we first viewed the venue in 2024, the viewing was host by Kirsty who was extremely professional and knowledgable. Which is part of why we wanted to put our trust in Clandeboye. Since booking the venue, every single member of the wedding team was been quick to respond to our many questions and always helpful. Whether it was Lorraine, Ian, Mai, Gia, or someone else. In particular, they were excellent in helping with guest allergies and concerns, immediately reducing our stress levels. Graham (our MC) and the team absolutely smashed it out of the park on the day. Graham made sure to introduce himself the night before the wedding and was extremely professional but approachable on the day itself. He even considered the little touches like keeping us canapés to the side to ensure we ate and checking in with us regularly (without being on top of us all day). When there were issues, he discretely dealt with them on our behalf and nothing felt like too much. Our guests lauded the serving team at dinner and the food, saying it’s one of the best wedding meals they’ve had. The team were prompt, polite and (from what we seen) the service was seamless. The clandeboye truly was our dream wedding venue and we couldn’t recommend them enough.”

“Just stayed here for two nights while working in the Belfast area and had a fabulous stay, Susie the duty manager was wonderful, so helpful and cheerful and nothing was too much trouble, I wish all premiere inns had a susie. the food both nights in the restaurant was great, nicely cooked and well presented however the breakfast was AMAZING!!!!!, I've stayed in hundreds of premiere inns and the breakfast here was the best I've ever had, if I'm working in the Belfast area I would without hesitation stay here. “Excellent place. Dog friendly ... The menu is quite large and good. Lots of attractive options. I would say prices are above average, but I think it is really worth it. The backyard is fantastic for sunny days. We'll definitely go again!”

“We spend the weekend at the Culloden. The beautiful energy starts when you enter, the garden is beautiful, looked after with great care, and lovely statues that make a difference. The Hotel itself it's stunning, piano during lunch, before dinner... we have dinner at the Vespers restaurant, lovely, good food, staff attentive and kind. After dinner if you book a table at the bar, is a nice vibe to enjoy a good live music. We went to the gym and I can say it's a really really nice gym, well equipped, the pool , sauna and all the staff around there are kind. I truly recommend the experience there.”

“Recently sold our house through Chris at Skyline. It could not have been better, from the moment we met Chris as potential buyers on another house and as bidders on that property we have experienced skyline/chris as both potential buyers and as sellers - both were fantastic. “Hargreaves House, hosted by Pauline and Ambrose, is an absolutely perfect place to stay while investigating the wonders of Northern Ireland. Looking out at the Bay of Bangor, the house is nestled on a quiet one-way street frequented by joggers. The room was cozy and comfortable with everything you could need. It's a short train ride to Belfast, thus avoiding parking hassles. Drive the coast and explore castles, the picturesque villages, and still be back before dark. Pauline and Ambrose are the kindest, most genuine ambassadors of Northern Ireland. Their recommendation for the Black Cab tour of the troubles with Mark could not have been more spot on. He was exceptional! Their pub and restaurant recommendations took away so much guesswork and were outstanding. Breakfast was lavish with fresh squeezed juices, homemade marmalade, and the best of a traditional Irish breakfast. At the end of the first day on our two night stay, my wife got her clothes and coat muddy when she slipped investigating Torr Head. Pauline and Ambrose went above and beyond to have them laundered for us while lending my wife a sweater to use in Belfast. Hospitality, kindness, and comfort make Hargreaves House second to none.”

“We have rented through Belvoir Letting for over 3 years. They have been outstanding. From initially starting our rental, to dealing with all of our enquiries or any issues speedily and smoothly. We have rented with other agents but these are by far the best we've dealt with. They also have brilliant contact tradesmen to do any work required on houses. We spoke mostly to Tracy and Danielle in the Newtownards branch who are always polite, professional, so friendly and easy to speak to. Really can't fault this team. Very highly recommend.”

In that time, a payment was never missed, good tenants were found, every management issue sorted and any query I had was always answered rapidly. Fair quotes were found with good workmanship on all repairs. They really couldn't do enough. Whether you are a landlord or tenant, if you want total peace of mind, I wouldn't hesitate to trust these lovely people with your property. “Myself and my husband decided to stay here for our 1 year anniversary and it did not disappoint. The spa is absolutely amazing and not too over crowded, the food was fantastic. The service from all the staff from we checked in to we left was excellent. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the room was extremely warm, however there was a fan provided. But overall it was amazing and we will definitely return.”
