Then I started my reformer Pilates classes with Ruth and Emma which are also very knowledgeable and highly professional. Since I stared their Pilates classes I feel stronger and better. Their team is also growing and the whole staff is always carefully selected to provide high quality service. I highly recommend it”

“You know your onto a winner when the que Is out the door. Hard to find a nice chippy in lisburn, definitely the best fish and chips I've had in lisburn in a long time. Food was spot on nice crispy batter on the fish and not swimming In grease when we got home. Really busy, but they got through the orders really quickly, and the orders kept coming. Will definitely be going back again.”

I was a little worried as she tends to not follow instructions all that well and can become easily distracted but Alicia and the team were amazing with her. She pays attention and counts down the days until her next lesson. We started off just with one dive, hoping she would enjoy it and now, she's doing her PADI Scuba Diver Certificate and can't wait to get in the water. Her confidence has grown hugely. “Attended for both antenatal yoga and baby massage. Both really enjoyable classes, very relaxed but personal. Kelly has so much knowledge and experience to support during pregnancy in antenatal class, and was able to guide variations in poses for different stages of pregnancy. Baby massage class was again tailored to baby's age/requirements, and Kelly made it enjoyable for both me and my baby. Can't recommend highly enough!”

“Taking classes with SBIDA has been the best thing I have done in years - it is genuinely the highlight of my week, every week (and I know many other people feel the same way!). Ethan and all of the wonderful instructors have created the most incredible and welcoming community. The classes are so much fun - all of the people (instructors and students) are wonderful and friendly, and the classes provide a safe, fun, encouraging and amazing learning environment (that caters to a wide range of experience levels). The class time always goes by so fast, as its so much fun. I cannot recommend SBIDA enough! I even hired them to run a corporate event for my work (Intro to Irish dance workshop), which my colleagues were raving about for days. I would recommend it to absolutely anyone, and I am so happy to be involved in the beautiful community they have built. Keep up the fantastic work :) I would give them 6 stars if I could!”
