My dad was a massive fan of his Oncologist Mr Openshaw who always took the time to listen and NEVER gave up on him. He is an absolute credit to the Oncology department! His people skills are superb, not just to my dad but to everybody I saw him with. He never rushed appointments and always came up with a plan which is exactly what my dad wanted, involving all of the family too. Well done to the cancer centre and a special heartfelt thank you to Mr Openshaw, you are a very, very special man. There were many other wonderful nurses there too; the team really are fantastic!”
