“Our sons (aged 3 and 1) joined The Wendy House Day nursery back in December and we couldn't be happier with our experience to date! Our older son, attended another nursery prior to joining Wendy House but a house move meant we needed to find him something closer to our new home. The staff in Little Learners and Foundation seamlessly supported him with his transition - they welcomed him into his new nursery environment by getting to know his likes/dislikes, interests and have supported with developing new skills. Our younger son has been attending full time since starting at The Wendy House and we have seen him thrive in this setting! His confidence with his independent play, self feeding and communication skills is credit to the attention the staff pay to the babies and explorers - providing a fine balance of love, care & support whilst allowing the babies to develop. Both our boys are vegan and the nursery have accommodated our dietary preferences providing vegan alternatives for all meals/snack time. Even during baking activities the staff have used vegan recipes! The learning activities hosted by the staff promotes the children to be very creative (using sustainable materials), encourage lots outdoor play and a Thursday favourite 'Show & Tell' where children are encouraged to bring something in from home to share with their class. We are always kept in the loop via the app - whether this be an update on what the boys have been learning on the day, meals and sleep updates or to track any incidents that may occur. We find the messaging function handy to keep in contact with management and room staff. Overall we are very impressed with the support and guidance we have received from the staff at the nursery to ensure our boys are getting the best development that is tailored to them.”

Fast forward many years, and when we were fortunate enough to welcome our daughter Florence three years ago, the very first thing we did was put her name down on the long waiting list – without hesitation. What is truly remarkable is the consistency. Many of the same staff who cared for our son are still at the nursery today, and now Florence is benefiting from that same experience, warmth and dedication. She is thriving, confident and genuinely happy, which says everything. The nursery is Ofsted Outstanding, and it shows in every aspect of what they do. Even more incredibly, the ownership is still the same, with Louise and Adriana heading up the nursery and still on hand to see families at the door each day. That level of involvement and care is incredible. The staff feel like family and always make Florence, Charlotte, myself and our two other boys feel so welcome. It’s not just a nursery – it truly is a family. We feel incredibly proud that Florence attends Tidbury Green Private Nursery. I genuinely do not believe you would find a better nursery. My daughter loves going to nursery every morning excited to play and learn, she is always so happy. I can get on with my day knowing she is safe and having lots of fun with her friends. Staff are really experienced, friendly, caring and nurturing, supportive and always go that extra mile for you. My son attended back in 2013 and he was in his element exploring and being imaginative. He loved it telling me all about the fun he had, made lovely friendships and relationships with staff. I really do believe Bloomsbury gave him the confidence and independence he needed ready for Reception class. Truly the best nursery school ever!”
