Although unexpected repairs can be expensive, I know that my Range Rover is now in the very best mechanical condition it can be for its age and mileage. There will always be a garage that can do it “cheaper”. However, my mind is at peace knowing you get what you pay for. In this case, thoroughness, high-quality workmanship and a genuine passion for ensuring the safety of you and your vehicle. The flexible payment options were also really helpful considering the unexpected costs just after getting married! The loyalty point scheme is also a nice additional bonus. “Had a service done on my car at a large car dealership in Halesowen. I was quoted over £500 for repairs that apparently needed to be carried out urgently. The faults were not explained in detail eventhough I asked several times. I sought a second opinion at Lee's Auto's. I felt very welcome and my questions were answered easily, with such warmth too. To cut a long story short, my car was fixed there and then ( I hadn't booked an appointment) and it cost me waaaay less than the original £500+ quoted! I would have happily paid more just for the great customer service alone. Thank you Jamie and all other staff at Lee's Auto's. This is not simply about getting my car fixed, it is also about the genuine nature of this place. Always have always book a free pre-MOTs and an MOT usually for the flowing day ( competitive prices) if work is needed then the parts are ordered and the work is carried out usually the following day the MOT is done. If the pre-MOT doesn't need any work done then the MOT is done then and the following day booked for the MOT is cancelled. Fantastic honest and friendly service, would highly recommend them.
