“Great service at a very fair price! The front suspension of my (low mileage) Volvo XC60 suddenly & dramatically decided that it could no longer cope with the demands of a pensioner driving around the roads of Lichfield . . . This left me stranded in a village with no bus service. My usual garage was sympathetic but, being fully booked, suggested PJS Autos on Crossfield Road. They responded to my situation, fitted me in within a few days and repaired the car at a cost less than a Volvo dealer wanted for the parts alone. Nice people to deal with as well!”

“My drive shaft snapped as I was turning on to a main road. I rang central garage and Gemma told me she would sort some technicians out. Two minutes later she rang back and said they were on the way. Twenty minutes later they put me on tow . They let the garage know the problem. We arrived at garage and they ordered the part. They offered me a lift home or said I could wait in the office as they could do the job as soon as the part arrived.. In under 2 hours from when they rescued me my car was ready to drive home!!!!. Absolutely incredible service. I am not surprised as we have dealt with this garage for well over 30 years. We have always had excellent and friendly service from Central Garage. “OMG what lovely,friendly and helpful people. My car sustained a bang from another driver over 3 weeks ago. Fix Auto helped me arrange a hire car whilst mine was in for repair. They helped me with the insurance claim and even took a look at the tyres as i thought they had been damaged by pot holes. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they even offered to bring my car back to my door (i didn't take them up on the offer but what thoughtful people, i live in Tamworth not exactly local to them). “Can’t recommend Phil and the team at Bennett’s highly enough! Recently on the way back from visiting friends near to lichfield my car suffered a major breakdown. I ended up crawling into Lichfield and into Bennett’s Autocare which was the nearest garage to where my breakdown occurred. The team accommodated me even though I randomly turned up at his garage and by the next morning they were working on my car to try and resolve the issue. Unfortunately what was initially thought to be the issue and straight forward job, was not the case. Phil was straight forward and honest and explained the potential fault and solutions where not in his expertise and helped me work through solutions to get the car recovered and back to the garage It came from. He undid all of his work and only charged a small amount for diagnostics and the fault finding they did do (only charged one hour labour instead of the 3/4 hours they did take). they also let me wait around in the garage whilst recovery came and my hire car came so I can get on home. After a disastrous couple of days with my car I was genuinely so glad that I found Bennett’s Autocare to help and it’s really great to see there is some kind hearted and good people in this world who put helping others first before everything else! “Had issues with the car starting and was working away from home so needed to find a garage close to me and that could fit me in that day (not easy to find a decent one that short notice when you do not know the area). Spoke to Andy on the phone I took the car into the garage in the morning and it was ready for me before my shift finished at work. “I took my Freelander2 as it had serious PAS issues, local garage told me I needed new steering rack, pump and reservoir. Visited RK went next door for bacon butty and cup of tea whilst they looked at car. Told it was merely a couple of pipes that needed changing.I left car with them to fix and owner kindly gave me lift to train station. I picked car up today having he’d PAS issues sorted, a full service and 2 new tyres and couldn’t be happier.
