“Good location, friendly welcoming staff. Friend and I went for breakfast, first time using this venue. Buffet style food freshly put out, not dried up as some places are. Good selection and piping hot. Will be making this our 'go to' place from now on for our 'catch-up meetings'.”

“This hotel is simply brilliant. I have now stayed here FOUR times in my life. My only complaint is that it is in Birmingham. However, this is outweighed by the many fantastic fortunes associated with staying here. The service is extremely exciting, with reception members often unexpectedly dropping into my room at late hours of the night when all lights are turned off - a fun and lighthearted surprise! I heard them reorganising my possessions and felt one worker checking my pulse while I slept, which was very reassuring to know my safety is a priority. Another safety measure met here is ensuring all visitors are vaccinated - at approximately 10pm I received a surprise vaccination at the bar, however I do not know what illness it was protecting me from as I quickly fell asleep; however, staff still kindly escorted me to my room and helped me undress for bed. Overall a brilliant experience - I am highly satisfied with the care and support offered by staff. At this hotel, I feel truly loved.”

“we come here after we visit kinver edge for a drink and a meal. this place is very nice, there’s seating outside when the weather is nice, they have a nice size carpark, drinks and food is lovely, especially the fish and chips, my family have the sunday roast and they love it, they keep nagging me to take them again considering we live in birmingham. friendly staff and great service. oh and the chips were delicious.”
