“I went in to the Erdington store due to me having a broken windscreen wiper I was having problems with using the website to book an appointment . I was welcomed by Jordan. I explained my problem to Jordan, who then assessed the damage and he measured the wiper. He didn’t have it in stock, but he went on the phone made a phone call and he ordered it for the same day, I was then booked in to go back in later in the afternoon due to personal problems. I was unable to make my appointment and I called Jordan explaining that and he was more than happy to accommodate me coming in on Monday. When I got there on Monday morning, he remembered me I could tell he was multitasking between fixing cars and answering the phone and supporting his colleagues he still fitted me in an did the job really fast and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes He went above and beyond to assure that he gave me an amazing service with amazing customer service to follow really want to say a big thank you I’m not confident when it comes to cars so to have somebody who is more than willing to help and to assure that everything is working right Really put my mind at ease and I can honestly say when I visit back there I wouldn’t want no other mechanic. thank you again Jordan your a star ⭐️”

“Finally I found a garage that I can trust and it's local. After a last minute cancellation by a franchise garage, friend of mine recommended Kwik Fit Bearwood. I never used Kwik Fit and I was ripped off by the previous garage last year (they failed my MOT for windscreen wipers and then charged me £70 for fitting a new one), I was very anxious about this MOT. The first impression of the branch was clean and staff were professional and friendly. The branch's manager Steve Turner was amazing! When I went back to collect my car, Steve greeted me in the office and talked me through my MOT report and explained clearly what works will be required in the future and when they will be due. First time ever I felt so happy after MOT. If there is a silver lining to the cancellation by the other garage, it's that I finally found a local garage that I can trust.
