The gentleman who answered, Danny, was incredibly polite, charming, and professional. Despite being busy, he managed to fit my car in for an MOT on the same day – something I truly appreciated. The service was quick and efficient. My car was ready even sooner than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. While I waited, the waiting area was comfortable enough and made the short wait easy. What really stood out, though, was Danny’s excellent customer care. After the MOT, he went through the paperwork with me also provided some quotes for servicing and tyres, (that I’d asked for) but there was absolutely no pressure or sales push – just clear, helpful information.
