“This nursery has been great for my child and her devolpment. Have found the staff to always be polite, friendly and helpful and the overall facilities to be great. Since visiting it several times over the last year it has always been clean and tidy and plenty of activities for the kids to engage with. We get lots of updates on how our child is doing through the nursery app and it is great to see pictures of her smiling and being super happy. Ignore the bad reviews they seem to be indivdual cases filled with hate and not giving a true feel or account of the nursery as it is today. One review clearly seems to not have read his terms and conditions on sighn up and is bitter about having to pay a small sighn up fee.”

“Our Daughter loves going to Paypals. Playpals have been great for her, she started just before her 1st Birthday and the benefits in her development since have been enormous. She loves all of the staff, she is always excited to go. We really like that they have been around since the mid 80’s and their wealth of experience is evident! And a bonus is, most of (if not all) of the staff are all paediatric first aid trained. Thank you Playpals :)”

“Had my sons 6th Birthday here . Went for the superhero party Colin and team absolutely amazing! Such a natural good way with the children keeping everyone entertained and happy . Very well organised and really did take the stress away from organising child party . 100% reccomend . Thank you !”

The approach, setting and materials are great and the staff are amazing - really going the extra mile and we are sad to be saying goodbye to them. “The staff and manager are so lovely and brilliant with the kids! They have a great balance of getting to know the children individually, catering for their needs and activities appropriate for their age so no child is left out. I liked that all the staff and manager are happy to speak with you anytime and parents have opportunities to see what their kids have been up to with various celebration days. My son has been there nearly 2 years and he's moving on to reception now. Thank you so much Lighthall Under 5s, we'll miss you!”

“This is THE best nursery and infant school by far. The lovely atmosphere and inspiring curriculum has taken my child's learning far. We love how staff encourage our child to do their best. Their library is great as is their outdoor learning in their dedicated Forest School area. The new play equipment is fab! Even better that we can leave our child's scooter onsite too. Also, having the onsite Woodies for wrap around care and where our younger sibling can attend, works brilliantly for us. Highly recommend!”

“Our daughter started nursery in July at 7 months old. She was the youngest in the baby room, but the staff at Lawnswood were fantastic. They ensured there were age appropriate toys and that she could join in on all activities. Our daughter settled very quickly due to her excellent key worker and other staff members. I know she is safe and happy at nursery.”

“This nursery is amazing! The people who work here are excellent. They’re so open, accommodating, patient and friendly. They work extremely hard and we’ve really seen it with how well our baby boy has been doing since he’s been here. He’s learned so much like learning to walk, saying new phrases, being much more confident and he even says the names of the carers now too! When we come to pick him up, the carers give us such detailed updates of the activities they’ve done, the toys they’ve played with, how well they’ve eaten and slept and how happy they’ve been throughout the day. We get updates on an app which is really great so we can see how they’re getting on during the day and we regularly get pictures too!We can directly message the carers and the management team through the app and they always respond promptly and are so helpful. The payments are also tracked through the app so it’s great have everything is in once place. So if you’re thinking of enrolling your child here, I’d definitely recommend it!!!”

“My daughter has attended Busy Little Bees since she was 6 months old. She has just left to start reception aged 4. I literally could not of picked a better nursery, she was extremely well looked after and she really enjoyed her time there. I never had any issues or concerns, and the staff are extremley caring. She has thrived in such a positive environment. Highly recommend.”

“The supported accommodation at serenity is exceptional, they support with ur individual needs, the staff that are employed are competent, kind and caring. the management know how to support each individual and can identify there needs better than some professionals, the home itself is bright and welcoming and is fully equipped with everything u will need.”

“I have just read the reviews from Lara and Ben and categorically disagree with what they have said. Do you actually have children that attend the nursery? My daughter has been going here for 2 years and I can 100% recommend it and have done to a number of people. Yes there has been some management changes but in my opinion it has made the nursery even better. I know exactly who looks after my child and always have done. She is excited to go in the mornings and when I collect her she is happy and tells me about all the fun things she has done during the day. Staff leaving could be for a number of reasons as with any other business, it's not necessarily down to bad management. Overall I feel the nursery and it's staff are brilliant and the two reviews I have mentioned are a personal attack on staff members which is both slanderous and inappropriate”

“This nursery was the Best choice for my little girl! The staff is the best. They do a had job and I appreciate all what they did. Nursery is clean and have a good meal. Every day from staff I had a report about what child did and what she eat during the day. Also I was helped for every question what I asked. Kids have everyday activities what they like!
